Clarity Hire is built and operated by Stay Ready Consulting LLC, an independent, self-funded software company based in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

We built Clarity Hire because most hiring decisions come down to whoever took the best notes. A panel runs five interviews, ends up with five sets of scribbled notes, and then argues about who felt stronger. The candidate who interviewed first is remembered worst. Nobody can explain, three weeks later, why one person was chosen over another.

Clarity Hire replaces that with a record. Interviews are captured in the room, on a phone, or over Zoom, Teams and Meet. Every answer comes back transcribed with speakers labeled and scored against a written STAR rubric that quotes the candidate's own words as evidence. Candidates for a role are ranked and can be compared side by side, question by question — so a hiring panel argues from what was actually said rather than from memory.

It is made for companies that run real interviews without an enterprise recruiting stack behind them: businesses from about a dozen employees upward, and internal recruiting teams that screen candidates before handing them to the hiring managers who make the call.

Interview recordings and transcripts belong to the customer. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, never used to train AI models, and each organization sets its own retention window after which stored recordings are deleted automatically.
